Certification is almost a necessity to advance in high-tech careers and achieve productivity levels needed in today’s competitive business environment. TechNet Training Centers provides testing services through the Technology Center with is an Authorized Thomson Prometric Testing Center (APTC).  It is not necessary that you take your training with us in order to pass your exams at our facility.  Our testing center is open to the public. We encourage you to pass your exams at our testing facility!

Not only can you pass your exams at our location, you can register at our location as well. TechNet provides same day testing for your convenience.   Just call 770-409-9334. Our friendly support staff will make sure you are comfortable in our spacious, quite and stress-free center. 


Registration Process:

You can register for your exam from your home or at our facility. You will need to provide following information at time of registration:

  • Your Testing ID #*

  • Test # (Usually a six digit code 000-000)

  • Test Name

  • Payment Method  (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Voucher)

Exam Process:

  1. You must be at the testing center fifteen minutes prior to the start of your exam

  2. You must bring two forms of acceptable identification*

  3. You are not allowed to bring anything into the testing room
    (A writing tool and board will be given to you, prior to entering the testing room)


Identification:

To be admitted to the APTC, examinees must bring two forms of identification as positive proof of identity.  One must bear a recent photograph; both must bear the examinee’s printed name and signature.


Example of Acceptable forms of photo identification:

  • Driver’s License

  • Passport

  • Military identification

  • Government-issued identification card

  • Employee identification card*

In some instance, these forms of identification may not included the holder’s signature, but are still acceptable as identification.

Acceptable forms of non-photo identification:

  • Credit Card

  • Check cashing card

Note:  Social Security Cards are NOT accepted by Prometric as identification.

IMPORTANT:  If you do not have acceptable identification, YOU will not be allowed to Test!

Cancellation Policy: 

You must adhere to the one-day cancellation and reschedule policy. Should you try to cancel your exam prior there will have to  repay for the exam. If you fail to cancel your exam in the allotted time, all monies will be forfeited.

Cancellations and reschedules only apply to regular scheduled appointments.  Examinees making same date registration will NOT be allowed to reschedule or cancel their examination unless they pay for a new examination.
